Normal Body Muscle Percentage How Can I Lower Down My Body Fat Percentage?

How can i lower down my body fat percentage? - normal body muscle percentage

.. in 19 5'6 "and 54kg weight .. I have about 21% body fat .. I know its in the normal range, but I would still have a limited range .. I still have a lot of fat around abdomen, back, thighs, etc. i. an idea how to make a frnd whos doing a bit too big for me, but she has a hot body, but weighs 60 pounds lost! Does that mean it has a very low N% more muscle than fat?

4 eat only 200 calories per day, drink only water when ur thirsty, eat very little or no red meat and eat lots of raw vegetables.
Sit ups are the easiest way to lose fat stomch. To burn fat on ur thighs cycling and running.
only stay fit and healthy to have a new sport in May

I think you are too much on you. His body fat is very good. If you do not look like a fitness model is not necessarily diminish. You can not have large amounts of fat and only 21% body fat.
